Meet Jaime

Jaime Rook has been active in the real estate field since graduating from the University of Houston in 1983 with a BBA in Management/Personnel. Jaime owns JMR Commercial Investments. He has worked with such development giants as the Trammell Crow Company, the Koll Company, Transamerica, and Coldwell Banker. Jaime obtained his real estate license in 1990.

Jaime attained the CCIM® (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations. CCIM is one of the most difficult designations in real estate to earn. It guarantees the mastering of investment analysis. Jaime’s extensive real estate experience, combined with his professional designations, allows him to represent commercial buyers and sellers in a manner previously available only in larger metropolitan areas.

Jaime markets your property by creating a package that includes, in addition to the in-depth financial information, a competition survey, demographics study, geographical maps and photographs. His ability to estimate current and future values of properties by analyzing Net Operating Income (NOI) is unmatched. Whether you are a buyer or seller you will feel confident that Jaime is working with you to make sound investment decisions.

Determining Internal Rates of Return is what Jaime does best. Through intricate software analysis Jaime can direct you in the sale and purchase of investment property. Jaime feels it is very important to utilize the expertise of a properly trained agent when entering into a commercial transaction. Would you use an automobile mechanic to work on your airplane? Of course not. Then don’t use a residential agent to transact your income property sales or purchases.
